In this part of Ardas, we seek the gift of meditating on the Divine Name ‘Waheguru’, which brings peace and happiness. We seek Waheguruji’s blessings for the well being of the whole Khalsa Panth, and the gift of leading a disciplined life according to the Sikh Code of Conduct.

PRATHME SARBAT KHALSE JI KI ARDAAS HAE JI, SARBAT KHALSA JI KO WAHEGURU, WAHEGURU, WAHEGURU CHIT AAVE, CHIT AAVAN KA SADKAA SARAB SUKH HOVE. JAHAAN JAHAAN KHALSA JI SAHEB TAHAAN TAHAAN RACHHYAA RIAAET, DEG TEG FATEH, BIRED KI PAEJ, PANTH KI JEET, SIRI SAHIB JI SAHAAE, KHALSE JI KE BOL BAALE, BOLO JI WAHEGURU.

First, let us pray for the whole Khalsa Panth, may God bless the whole Khalsa Panth with the gift of meditating on His Divine Name, Waheguru, Waheguru, Waheguru, and may His Divine name bring peace and happiness to all. May God extend His protection and mercy to the Khalsa, wherever they are. May the Khalsa be victorious in ensuring well being and protection of the community, may God shower His Grace upon His devotees, may Khalsa Panth be ever victorious, may the sword be our protector (against tyranny and oppression), may the Khalsa prevail, everybody say Waheguru.

SIKHAAN NU SIKHI DAAN, KES DAAN, REHET DAAN, BIBEK DAAN, VISAAH DAAN, BHAROSA DAAN, DAANAAN SIR DAAN NAAM DAAN, SIRI AMRITSAR JI DE DARSHAN ISHNAAN, CHAUKIAAN, CHHANDE, BUNGE, JUGO JUG ATTAL, DHARAM KA JAEKAAR, BOLO JI WAHEGURU.

Waheguru ji, bless Your Sikhs with the gift of living according to the Sikh principles, the gift of uncut hair, the gift of disciplined life according the Sikh code of conduct, the gift of spiritual wisdom, the gift of mutual trust, the gift of self confidence, and the supreme gift of Simran (meditating on the Divine Name, Waheguru), the gift of a visit to the revered Gurudwara Harmandir Saheb in Amritsar, and a dip in the sarovar (the holy lake) at Harmandir Saheb. May God protect the Sikh tradition of singing Shabads in Chaukees (processions), the hoisting of Sikh flags, providing hostels for living accommodations of the devotees, may these Sikh traditions continue for ever, may the righteousness prevail, everybody say Waheguru.

SIKHAAN DA MAN NEEVAAN, MAT UCHI, MAT DA RAAKHA AAP WAHEGURU.

May God bless the Sikhs with humble mind and high intellect (simple living and high thinking), may God Himself be the protector of their intellect.
