PAURI 12(Stanza 12)
The next four Pauris are about having faith and believing in God. Each line in this Pauri starts with the word MANNE. There is no single word in English that can adequately describe the meaning of “Manne”. The closest we can get is “one who has complete faith, and believes in God with total obedience and total surrender to His Will”. Manne is the process of ‘living the faith’ and not just being ‘aware of it’.
